Leads

Manage, filter and contact your leads

The leads dashboard

Every form submission appears as a lead in Dashboard → Leads. Leads show name, email, phone, the form they came from, and their current pipeline status.

Lead statuses

Move leads through your pipeline by changing their status:

  • New — just arrived, not yet reviewed
  • Contacted — you've reached out
  • Qualified — confirmed as a real opportunity
  • Converted — became a customer
  • Lost — not moving forward

Change status directly in the leads table or in the lead detail panel. The pipeline chart on your dashboard updates in real time.

Contacting a lead

Open any lead and use the action buttons:

  • WhatsApp — opens wa.me/LEAD'S number on your device
  • Call — sends both numbers to Zapier to trigger your call service (requires Zapier Call setup in Settings)
  • Email — opens your email client with the lead's address

Filtering and searching

Use the status tabs at the top of Leads to filter by pipeline stage. Use the search bar to find leads by name, email or phone. Filter by specific form using the form dropdown.

Lead notes

Open any lead → click the Notes tab → add notes. Notes are private to your account and timestamped. Use Ctrl+Enter to save quickly.

Exporting leads

Click Export CSV in the top right of the Leads page. The export respects your active filters — filter first, then export to get exactly what you need.

Bulk actions

Select multiple leads using the checkboxes, then use the bulk bar to change status for all selected leads at once, or delete them.
