Billing & Plans

Manage your subscription and payments

Plans

FormsToDB offers a free plan and paid plans. See formstodb.com/#pricing for current prices.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Find the plan you want in the Available Plans section
  3. Click Upgrade (or Card / PayPal if both are available)
  4. Complete payment — your plan upgrades immediately

Payment methods

  • Card (Stripe) — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more. Supports 3D Secure.
  • PayPal — pay from your PayPal balance or linked card/bank

Submission limits

Each unique form submission counts as one toward your monthly limit. Spam-filtered submissions do not count. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

You'll receive an email when you reach 80% of your limit so you can upgrade before being paused.

Downgrading

To downgrade, manage your subscription via the Manage subscription button on the Billing page (Stripe portal). The lower limit applies from your next billing date. Your existing leads are never deleted.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal. You keep full access until the end of your paid period — no partial refunds, but no surprise charges either.

Invoices

All payment history is visible in Dashboard → Billing → Payment History. Each invoice shows the plan, amount, date and status.
